Updated* No-Show Policy
Updated as of June 16th
This is the policy that I will be adhering to moving forward in regard to late appointments, no-shows, and last-minute cancellations.
Chin Whiskey's Policy:
"We do ask you to try to be on time for your appointment as each Guest’s service is allotted a specific amount of time based on that service. Therefore running late impacts the next client and our barbers. We do understand that unplanned issues arise, so please inform as early as possible if late or unable to make it. If you are running 10 minutes late or more we will have to reschedule your appointment. Continuous no-shows and delays on appointments can lead to booking fees or cancelation of any further appointment requests." [1]
Personal Notes
I previously wrote an in-depth policy regarding this topic in which I outlined what counts as a no-show and what exceptions there were to those situations. However, this is a company policy that I will be following and it follows a similar tone to my previous personal policy. If things come up, please be courteous and provide notice as soon as possible. If it becomes a pattern, then it becomes a problem that needs to be addressed. I try to be a flexible and understanding person in these circumstances, so please be respectful.
How do you provide notice?
You can reschedule your appointments through the Squire Booking App.
This may be the most convenient way to do it as you can immediately see what my availability is when moving your appointment.
Message me on my Instagram: @wesleysnipshair
If possible, I prefer this method for direct communication with me as this is my business account and I can manage and organize conversations better.
Text me on my phone number: 403-926-6634
As this is my only phone number, I prefer not receiving work-related communications through it and I absolutely will not answer any phone calls from numbers that I do not recognize. That being said, I would rather you text me than not! I have had to text clients before, so it isn't anything I am uncomfortable doing. Please include your name whenever you send a message so that I know who you are and we can correspond on finding you a better appointment time.
